Leo Vegas Starts Work on Personalising Promotions & Adding Achievements
It’s been a busy year for ‘real-time engagement software provider’ CompetitionLabs. After announcing a contract with Betsson last month, they’ve now added Leo Vegas to their list of clients.
CompetitionLabs’ software allows casinos to track the metrics and gameplay habits of their customers, to help provide tailored promotions and experiences.
Players who exclusively visit the live casino, for example, will see live casino content more often and may even get exclusive promotions and ‘achievements’.
A Leo Vegas representative said of the deal, “CompetitionLabs’ solution has provided us with a powerful tool kit for real-time engagement and expanding our in-house capabilities for innovative customer engagement.”
