Playtech announces the appointment of Samy Reeb as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Reeb will sit on the company’s board, with experience working with businesses across the world in wealth and tax advisory. He started his career in tax advisory at financial giant Ernst & Young and tax management at Credit Suisse. Later on, he focused on wealth advisory as part of the role of executive director at Julius Baer and became part of 1291 Group as a managing partner.
Reeb also created a franchise advising on the financial affairs of different Asia-based, high-worth clients.
Speaking on the new hire, Playtech’s non-executive chairman Brian Mattingley said:
“I am delighted to welcome Samy to Playtech. His broad skillset and extensive knowledge of Asia will provide additional depth and experience to the board. We all look forward to working with him as we continue to execute the group’s strategy.”
