Gambling Commission Names the Best UK Workplace

The prestigious authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work®, has acknowledged the Gambling Commission as one of the top UK employers. The Commission’s impressive ability to adapt and adopt a hybrid working style, leveraging the latest technology and innovative events to strengthen its workforce community, was among the factors highlighting its success.

Additionally, the Commission’s employment of data insights in its internal programs and initiatives has proven invaluable, enabling colleagues to stay informed and up to date on relevant issues in the gambling sector.

The 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces list was created by Great Place to Work® through a thorough evaluation process that included analyzing numerous employee survey responses and Culture Audit submissions from company leaders. These evaluations were used to compare the efficacy of each company’s employee value propositions to the actual experience they have.
