Sportradar, the biggest supplier of sports integrity solutions and sports data products, has announced the opening of a brand new office located in Mumbai, along with the appointment of Prasun Bhadani as its new General Manager for the country.
The company’s expansion into India is part of a bigger plan of pivoting towards Asia, but Sportradar will also continue to be a constant and expanding presence on the United States market as well.
Oscar Brodkin, the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region at Sportradar, explained that India is “a key market” for the company and that the country “will contribute significantly” to the overall growth of the business.
About the new General Manager, Oscar Brodkin said that Prasun Bhadani “has the experience and ability” to help the company achieve its objectives in India and also help deliver quality services to Sportradar’s partners in the region.
Prasun Bhadani, the new General Manager for India, comes with a strong background in sports marketing after having worked for Indian Premier League players. Now his task will be to execute the company’s strategy for India and to forge new partnerships with local stakeholders.
