Evolution Gaming Expands US Presence Via PointsBet Partnership

World’s largest and most renowned provider of live dealer solutions Evolution Gaming has signed an agreement with PointsBet to power Live Casino, which the Australian-based sportsbook operator is going to launch next year in the US online gambling market. At the moment, PointsBet offers its land- and web-based betting services to players in New Jersey, Indiana, and Iowa.

First appeared in the US market in July 2018, PointsBet made every effort to take full advantage of its commercial license to operate as an online corporate bookmaker in New Jersey. The brand officially started to take bets across the state at the very beginning of 2019 and since then, it has achieved impressive growth in the US regulated market.

Striving to further enhance its national coverage, PointsBet has entered a number of strategic partnerships across the aforementioned states, subject to the passing of enabling legislation. As things stand now, the company believes it will go live with Evolution’s live casino in New Jersey sometime in 2021.

Speaking of the attractive US market, the Group has closely monitored the developments in Michigan for some time now, waiting for the state to join New Jersey and Pennsylvania and become the third regulated online gambling area in the country.

The ultramodern production hub in Pennsylvania is next to offer exciting live dealer tables, with its opening expected until the end of the year. Speaking of the Michigan facility, it is supposed to go live in 2021, of course, given that there aren’t any unpleasant events able to cause chaos in the whole world.

In the meantime, Evolution Gaming is very close to acquiring another famous Swedish brand NetEnt and creating an absolute leader in the iGaming industry.
