Live Solutions, the casino platform provider which offers casino table games with video streaming functionality, has unveiled artificial intelligence (AI) presenters that can host live casino games.
The AI presenters are designed to look realistic and they can host all sorts of games, including Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat. For now the service is only available in English.
Live Solutions announced that its artificial intelligence technology has reached the second version, a more advanced iteration that can turn an image of any person into an avatar which can speak any language and can host virtually every possible casino game.
This technology allows casino operators to have an artificial intelligence avatar presenter which looks just like one of their brand ambassadors for instance. Moreover, the avatars can appear with branded clothing while the backgrounds can also be made to be in line with the respective casino’s visual identity.
According to Live Solutions, its artificial intelligence presenters are able to target individual players with messages. An example could be that the presenter is able to remind a player that he or she needs to provide KYC documents to the casino operator. That could be a more friendly way of transmitting such information as opposed to an email or a text message.
Live Solution runs a platform that currently offers live streaming of real-life casino tables with more than 3,600 table dealers available, hosting casino games in 55 different languages. The streaming platform is called Casino Floor Live and it contains popular games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Dragon Tiger and Fan Tan.
