BetConstruct Launches Hands-Do, A Live Casino Innovation

BetConstruct, the famous international supplier of live casino solutions for online casinos, has launched an innovation that could well revolutionize the industry: Hands-Do, a robotic dealer.

The gaming and sports betting software developer introduced this novelty with the help of SoftConstruct, its holding company. This brand new live casino hardware performs the functions of a real-life croupier and it was successfully tested in BetConstruct’s live studio.

Vigen Badalyan, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BetConstruct, described Hands-Do as “a very unique piece of machinery” and expressed his belief that robots can sometimes perform the tasks of a whole squad of humans with “one press of a button”.

Hands-Do should optimize the work in a live casino studio and exclude the inevitable human errors. Moreover, the tool should increase dealing accuracy and help gaming operators reduce expenses with staff. All in all, Hands-Do is able to provide an automated gaming experience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Levon Hambardzumyan, the creator of Hands-Do, revealed that the idea of this product came to him “after a long observation.” However, Hambardzumyan added that his intention is not to replace human-to-player communication in live casino games, but create something that, “has a solid potential to attract more players.”

For now, BetConstruct has adapted just two games for Hands-Do: Baccarat and Dragon Tiger. However, the technology could well be applied to many other games, with just slight adaptations.

Earlier this month, BetConstruct received recognition at the 2021 International Gaming Awards in London as it was named the “iGaming Software Supplier of the Year”. The International Gaming Awards have been held every year since 2008, recognizing the best companies in the iGaming industry.

The jury motivated their decision to give BetConstruct the award by saying that the company made significant improvements to its platform during 2020 and 2021 in order to offer their business customers the best possible content. Moreover, as the coronavirus pandemic impacted the land-based casino industry, BetConstruct switched its focus to peer-to-peer games in order to keep offering exciting content to players all over the world.

During the past year, the company launched Belote, Keno, Farkle, Pasoor and Hokm along with several other skill games that became quite popular with audiences considering the new players count and overall bet amounts.
